The Magic Five Manifesto
You're in our family. Welcome home. You can post an offer - that's a page on this site. You can wish for whatever you want it to be and how it might work. Our guides will help; we'll all help. It's free. You can charge for what you're offering or give it away, whatever is best for humanity; we trust you to decide.
Some wishes are granted right in the conversation. Some become offers - something built at an address of its own, with people standing behind it. Wishing your offer into existence is always free, within the terms below.
Family is all of humanity. No one forgotten. No one beyond belonging. You don't need money, credentials, or the right words. You don't need to agree with us. You belong already, and no one is ever excluded.
Nobody owns anything. Everything here is shared. An offer has an architect - the person who wished it - and shepherds who stand behind it. But nobody owns it. There is no throne here.
Knowledge is free. Whatever we know is yours whether or not you ever buy anything. We inherit what others have learned. We improve what we can. We pass it forward.
Sometimes that means giving something away freely. Sometimes it means charging enough to support yourself and the people you love. Both can be acts of generosity. And no one is ever treated as less for paying less.
What a wish can become: a conversation, a guide, knowledge gathered in one place, or a service run by real people - anything we can build and host the way we build our own companies. We review every wish and build what we can, within our terms. We can't promise every wish gets built, and we'll always tell you honestly where a wish stands.
How the ethics work: guides give honest, ethical advice, always. They never manipulate you for anyone's benefit and never withhold information. Guides may be AI or human, and they can be wrong - for the big things they are a starting point, not the final word. A wish that could hurt someone doesn't get built, and the guide will say so plainly.
We're in this together. Magic Five doesn't compete with the offers it hosts. If another offer would serve you better, the guide says so. It never hides a similar offer from you.
You can always leave. If the terms ever change in a way you don't like, you can go. Your data comes with you, and your whole offer too - as a simple zip you can put on your own domain, free, any time. No locked doors here. Take it with a small 'A Magic Five Wish' credit if you will - we ask, we don't require.
Guides keep no secrets from the people looking after your wish. Anything you tell a guide may be visible to the offer's architect and the people they choose - the way a CEO can read customer-support conversations. The guide tells you who can see your conversation before you start.
Guides are here to help, never to manipulate you. They are honest about what they are - AI or human, clearly labelled, working for you. They answer directly, they never tell you what your wish should be, and they ask questions until the wish comes out of you.
We are one small part of something much larger. All over the world, people and organizations are working toward the same future - a humanity where everyone belongs. We are not the center of it. We are just here to serve.
We believe in you. Who do you believe in? Who is waiting for someone to recognize what they could become? Begin with one person. Make a wish, and let's build it together.
One human family. No one forgotten. No one beyond belonging.
Terms, in plain words
You must be 18 or older. Anyone can wish for anything, and wishing is free.
Every offer has an architect and shepherds, and always has at least one from day one.
Knowledge and digital goods are free, always. Anyone can charge for what they offer.
Your data and your public pages are always yours. You can leave any time and take everything with you.
Guides never manipulate you. A wish that could hurt someone doesn't get built.
Magic Five is a place to make a wish. You tell the guide on WhatsApp. Some wishes are granted right there in the conversation. Some become offers - something we build at magicfive.org/your-wish. Anyone can wish for anything, and wishing an offer into existence is always free, within these terms.
You must be 18 or older to use Magic Five.
Each offer can add its own terms on its own page, on top of these. The privacy page is one and the same for every page here.
Guides may be AI run by Magic Five, or people helping out. AI guides always say they are AI. Advice is honest and ethical, and nobody is ever excluded for not paying.
Knowledge and digital goods are free, always, whether or not you ever buy anything. A guide never withholds basic honest advice or knowledge from someone who pays less or can't pay. Anyone can charge anything for what they offer - an offer can be free or paid, and if you want to charge, we can help you set up ways to process payments into your private accounts. Every offer shows plainly what's free and what costs.
The architect is a shepherd of their own offer from the moment it's published - one of the five, counting toward the 12-offer cap - so every offer always has at least one shepherd from day one. The architect names enough shepherds to reach at least 3 within 30 days of publishing (themselves plus two more) and all 5 within 90 days. Miss the deadline and the lamp rests - the offer goes dormant, hidden but never deleted, and the guide helps find shepherds. This is how we make space for the growing family. A dormant offer wakes again the moment the missing shepherds are named. Publishing a real update restarts both deadlines.
Being asked is never an obligation: declining takes one plain word, no reason needed, and nobody is asked twice about the same offer.
A vote is needed for two things: assigning a different shepherd or architect, and exporting data once an offer is past 30 days. Shepherd votes are majority rules. Any shepherd or the architect can call a vote at any time. Shepherds have a response window of about 7 days; if everyone answers early, it happens immediately. Votes are visible to the offer's shepherds and to the architect.
Anyone can pitch a better idea for any offer, or complain that an address is camped on, unused, or not used for good. The guide passes plausibly good pitches to the offer's shepherds and filters out the rest. The architect always decides. Nobody can force a takeover.
Anything you say to a guide may be visible to that offer's architect and anyone they choose - the way a CEO can read customer-support conversations.
Magic Five has no offers of its own and never competes with the offers it hosts. Every offer belongs to an architect, and every architect is equal. If a different offer would serve you better, the guide tells you. The guide never hides similar offers from you.
Offers whose architects opt in are listed at magicfive.org/wishes and may be suggested by the guide when someone asks. Opting out removes the listing at the next site update.
The guide never manipulates you for anyone's benefit; understands normal words instead of keywords; and always asks for a clear yes before anything that could cause real damage - publishing something, spending money, or sharing your information.
Nothing here is ever set in stone. Magic Five's shepherds can change these terms at any time. When they do, the new terms are posted here with an updated date, and that posting is the notice. If you keep using Magic Five after a change, that means you accept the new terms. If you don't, you can simply stop - and ask the guide to delete your conversation.
If the terms change and you don't like them, you can leave. You can always take your data with you. And you can get your entire offer as a zip file that's easy to deploy on your own domain - free, any time. Exported offers carry a small 'A Magic Five Wish' credit. Keeping it is a request, not a requirement - you may remove it. The zip is only your offer's public content, so it stays free, any time. Your own data and your offer's public pages are always yours, free, any time - no vote ever needed. Votes apply only to exporting other people's information from our system - conversations, member information, records of any kind - a draft rule we are still shaping: in the first 30 days the architect can export on their own, from day 30 to 90 it takes one other shepherd's yes vote, and after 90 days two other shepherds must vote yes.
Questions
Message us on WhatsApp any time to ask for clarity, voice a concern, share an idea, or be heard for any reason at all. You can send a message to the shepherds or the architect of Magic Five itself, or of any wish it grants - the guide relays it both ways. They may answer, they may coach the guide on how to answer, or they may not answer at all. That is always their choice, never an obligation. Names and contact details stay private unless you each agree to share them.
Privacy, in plain words
We have your phone number, what you say to the guide, and what you build. That is the whole list.
Magic Five itself never sells your information and never uses your wishes to advertise at you.
An offer's architect can see conversations about their offer. You are told who can see what before you start.
Ask and we delete your conversation. Ask and your data comes with you.
When you talk to Magic Five we have your phone number, what you say to the guide, and anything you choose to build in an offer. That is the whole list.
Any conversation between you and a guide may be visible to the architect of that offer - the person looking after your wish - and to anyone they choose to grant access, the same way a company's CEO can read customer-support conversations. That is the whole list: guides cannot read conversations by default. Shepherds never see conversations - only anonymized numbers about how an offer is doing, on request.
Magic Five itself never sells your information. We never hand your contact details to another member of the family - the guide relays messages, and each side shares only what it agreed to share. We never use what you wished for to advertise at you. An offer's architect may use or share what you give their offer only with your explicit consent, and only as part of that offer.
If you ask what others usually ask about, the guide may share the top questions in aggregate and point you to individual offers that chose to be listed and whose architects have set rules for what their guides may discuss. Askers stay fully anonymous - no names, no identifying details, and never anything from a private conversation.
Your messages are processed by AI so the guide can answer you. Ask the guide who can see your conversation and it will tell you. Ask and we delete it.
Your data is portable: ask for it and you can take it with you. Ask for your entire offer as a zip file you can deploy on your own domain and it is yours, free, any time - the zip is only your offer's public content, pages anyone can already see. Either way, we tell you upfront who can see and export your conversation.
