Same people. Brighter tomorrows. ♡The Magic Five
A people plan for their whole tomorrow.
Life is brighter when the right people are in place. The Magic Five helps you choose and organize the people who will care for your children — and guide them through life's biggest moments.
The daily support, decisions and advocacy your child needs to live a fulfilling life.
A guardianship circle brings your children, independent voting adults and non-voting observers into the conversation. Proposed guardians cannot hold voting seats.

MONEY
The financial resources to support your child's present and future needs.
A separate Magic Five circle considers the children's finances. A lawyer puts any actual trust powers and safeguards into the legal documents.

More adults than children. An odd-numbered combined group. Two children and three adults make five.
The intent is for children to get a vote and always be heard. Age-appropriate support, capacity, thresholds, replacements and conflict rules still need to be agreed. An odd headcount alone does not prevent a tied vote.

A circle supports the legal plan. It does not replace it.
The idea is to record a decision-making protocol in your will: who listens, who votes, how conflicts are handled and how your wishes should guide the plan. PlansWill is not a law firm. A lawyer in your jurisdiction drafts the actual will, guardianship and trust arrangements. The legal effect varies by country, and a court may reject or overrule the recommendation. A WhatsApp vote cannot itself appoint a guardian or override a court.
Our aim is a protocol that helps the family and any court consider the children's best interests while respecting the parent's wishes. It is not a proven guarantee of a better outcome. Local law, surviving-parent rights, capacity and family circumstances need individual legal advice.
Meet Helen

Before you invite anyone
Who gets a vote?
Independent adults chosen for judgment, care and willingness to listen. Proposed guardians cannot vote. Non-voting observers can contribute without deciding. Children are intended to get a vote and always have their voices heard. Age-appropriate support, capacity and voting rules must be defined in the protocol.
What can observers contribute?
People with a stake in the children's future can share relevant context and help build a plan. They do not get a vote by joining the conversation. Not every observer should automatically see every private family record.
How do codes and WhatsApp updates work?
Verified voting members receive unique codes for invitations, record updates, access rules and voting, all inside the WhatsApp group. A code alone does not prove identity or create legal authority.
